IncBuilder was created to connect independent professionals with real clients, in an organised, secure and transparent way.

Our goal is not only to generate opportunities, but to structure an environment where serious professionals have access to qualified demand, with autonomy and responsibility.

Here’s how it works:

 1. Professional Registration

To operate on the platform, professionals must complete a registration with:

  • personal or company information

  • area of activity

  • service region

  • specialities

IncBuilder may request public documents or additional information for basic registration validation.

Registration does not represent technical certification nor professional endorsement.
It only authorises access to the platform.

2. Platform access by subscription

Tradespeople access the IncBuilder platform through a monthly subscription.

This subscription allows:

  • receiving client requests

  • participating in the matching process

  • accessing the opportunity management environment

IncBuilder does not guarantee a minimum number of requests or revenue.

The platform is a connection tool, not a revenue promise.

3. Receiving requests

When a client submits a request, IncBuilder identifies compatible professionals based on:

  • location

  • type of service

  • availability

  • platform history

  • previous reviews

The selected professional receives the request and may:

  • accept

  • or decline freely

There is no penalty for declining.

4. Response time

The tradesperson has up to 24 hours to inform whether they wish to proceed with the request.

If there is no response within this timeframe, the request will be directed to another compatible professional.

This ensures client flow and preserves platform experience quality.

5. Professional autonomy

Professionals maintain full autonomy to:

  • accept or decline requests

  • negotiate directly with clients

  • define prices, deadlines and conditions

  • decide who they wish to work with

IncBuilder does not interfere in negotiations and does not impose contracts.

6. Service negotiation and execution

All service agreements are made directly between the tradesperson and the client.

IncBuilder:

  • is not a party to the contract

  • does not perform services

  • does not manage payments

  • does not guarantee technical results

Execution responsibility lies exclusively with the professional.

7. Reviews and reputation

After service completion, clients may review their experience.

Reviews:

  • reflect real interactions

  • directly impact your visibility on the platform

  • are one of the main assets of your professional profile

Reputation is not controlled by IncBuilder, but built by you in the market.

8. Expected professional conduct

IncBuilder expects tradespeople to:

  • act ethically

  • provide truthful information

  • respect clients and other users

  • use data solely for service-related purposes

  • not present themselves as representatives of IncBuilder

Conduct incompatible with these principles may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

9. What is IncBuilder? - and what is NOT IncBuilder?

IncBuilder:
✔ connects professionals with clients
✔ organises visibility and reputation
✔ facilitates access to demand

IncBuilder does not:
✖ guarantee work
✖ ensure revenue
✖ perform services
✖ replace private contracts
✖ gives technical responsibility

IncBuilder: a platform for professionals who think long term

IncBuilder was not created to inflate numbers, but to build sustainable commercial relationships.

We believe serious professionals thrive more when operating in an environment that values reputation, autonomy and responsibility.
