PRICING – TRADESPERSON

IncBuilder operates under a simple, transparent and sustainable business model, focused on providing access to a connected ecosystem between tradespeople and homeowners.

IncBuilder does not sell leads, does not charge per client, does not charge per job and does not apply commissions on completed services. Access to the platform is provided exclusively through a monthly subscription.

Subscription fee

The subscription fee is £49 (forty-nine pounds sterling) per month, charged on a recurring basis while the subscription remains active.

No additional fees are charged per client, service request or completed job.

Price freeze

The subscription fee of £49 per month is fixed for a period of 12 (twelve) months, starting from the date the tradesperson’s subscription is activated.

During this period, the subscription price will not be increased, adjusted or subject to additional charges, remaining exactly as agreed.

After the 12-month period, IncBuilder may, at its discretion, maintain the current price or introduce new prices or plans. Provided prior notice is given to the tradesperson.

What the subscription includes

The monthly subscription grants the tradesperson access to the IncBuilder ecosystem, including but not limited to:

• access to the IncBuilder platform;

• receipt of service requests aligned with the professional profile;

• connection with qualified homeowners;

• professional visibility on the platform;

• reputation and review system;

• IncBuilder operational support.

The subscription does not guarantee a minimum number of service requests, revenue or contracts, but ensures continuous access to the platform while active.

What is not included

The subscription does not include service execution, revenue guarantees, payment processing or the collection of payments on behalf of the tradesperson.

All services are negotiated, contracted and executed directly between the tradesperson and the client, without any involvement of IncBuilder.

Cancellation

The tradesperson may cancel the subscription at any time, without penalty or cancellation fees.

The subscription fee for the current billing month is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

 

Final provisions

This Pricing document forms an integral part of the IncBuilder Tradesperson Agreement and the IncBuilder Terms & Conditions.

Promotional conditions, price freezes or special benefits apply exclusively for the period expressly stated.
