Does IncBuilder carry out the services advertised on the platform?

No.
Services are performed exclusively by the professionals hired by you.

IncBuilder does not participate in the execution, does not supervise work, does not provide technical guarantees and does not handle payments between the parties.

 

Does IncBuilder guarantee the quality of the service?

We do not guarantee technical quality, results or deadlines.

What we do is:

• organise the connection between clients and professionals

• provide access to profiles and reviews

• create a structured environment for conscious decision-making

The final decision and verification of professional suitability always rests with the client.

 

Does IncBuilder charge the client anything?

No.
Using the platform is completely free for clients.

Professionals pay to access the platform and receive requests, but the client does not pay IncBuilder to create requests or connect with trades.

 

What happens after I submit my request?

When you submit your request through IncBuilder, it goes through an internal validation stage.

This means that:

• we analyse whether the information is complete

• we organise the demand profile

• and prepare the correct routing to compatible professionals

Only after this validation your request is sent to the selected trades.

 

How does IncBuilder choose professionals for my request?

IncBuilder selects professionals mainly considering:

• service area

• type of service requested

• availability

• platform performance history

• previous reviews

 

Our objective is always to route the most compatible trades with your profile, not simply any available professional.

How long does a professional have to respond to my request?

Each professional directed to your request has up to 24 hours to inform whether they wish to proceed or not.

This timeframe exists to ensure that you are not left waiting indefinitely and that only genuinely interested professionals move forward.

 

What happens if the professional does not respond within 24 hours?

If the professional does not respond within 24 hours, your request is automatically directed to another compatible trade.

This ensures the process continues smoothly without requiring you to resubmit your request.

 

What if the professional declines my request?

If a professional declines your request, IncBuilder immediately directs another compatible trade.

You will always be presented with professionals aligned with your type of demand.

 

Can I choose who to proceed with after the match?

Yes.

Even after a professional accepts your request, you may:

• communicate

• ask questions

• review their profile

• and decide whether or not to proceed

You are never obliged to hire anyone.

 

Does IncBuilder define prices, deadlines or payment methods?

No.
Prices, deadlines and payment methods are agreed exclusively between you and the hired professional.

IncBuilder does not interfere in these negotiations and does not receive any amount related to the service execution.

 

How is payment for the service made?

Payment is made directly between you and the professional.

IncBuilder does not intermediate, process or manage any values related to service execution.

 

What happens if I have a problem with a professional?

Any issues related to service execution must be handled directly with the professional.

IncBuilder may:

• offer informal mediation when possible

• allow public reviews

• take internal measures against users who violate platform terms

IncBuilder does not act as a judge, arbitrator or insurer.

 

Can I review the professional after the service?

Yes.
You may leave a review based on your real experience. Reviews help other clients, strengthen transparency and contribute to platform quality.

 

Does IncBuilder verify professionals?

We carry out basic registration checks and review public documents when applicable.

However:

• we do not certify technical competence

• we do not guarantee skills

• we do not replace verifications that you must carry out as a client

 

Is my data protected?

Yes.
Your data is processed in accordance with UK legislation (UK GDPR) and used solely for platform operation and communication related to its use.

We never sell your data.

 

Can I delete my account or my data?

Yes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Can IncBuilder terminate my access to the platform?

Yes, in case of:

• misuse of the platform

• attempted fraud

• violation of the terms
