Help & FAQ - Tradesperson
What is IncBuilder?
IncBuilder is a digital platform designed to connect independent professionals (tradespeople) with homeowners looking for qualified services.
IncBuilder does not perform services, does not sell leads, does not intermediate payments and does not participate in service contracts. Its role is to organise access, visibility and connections between professionals and clients.
How does IncBuilder work for tradespeople?
After registering and activating a subscription, the tradesperson becomes part of the IncBuilder ecosystem.
When a homeowner submits a request, IncBuilder matches the request with suitable professionals based on profile, location and previous evaluations. The tradesperson receives the request and can decide whether to accept or decline it.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Tradespeople have full autonomy to accept or decline any request.
There is no penalty for declining requests.
How long do I have to respond to a request?
Tradespeople have up to 24 hours to respond to a request by accepting or declining it.
If the request is declined or not answered within this period, the homeowner will be redirected to another suitable professional.
Does IncBuilder guarantee jobs or income?
No. IncBuilder does not guarantee a minimum number of requests, jobs or revenue.
The subscription grants access to the ecosystem and to compatible service requests, but the outcome depends on factors such as availability, acceptance and agreement between the tradesperson and the client.
How much does IncBuilder cost?
IncBuilder operates on a subscription-based model.
The current subscription fee is £49 per month, with no additional charges per client, request or completed job.
IncBuilder does not charge commissions on services executed.
Is the subscription price fixed?
Yes. The subscription price of £49 per month is fixed for a period of 12 months, starting from the activation date of the tradesperson’s subscription.
During this 12-month period, the price will not increase or change.
What happens after the 12-month price freeze?
After the 12-month period, IncBuilder may:
-
maintain the same price
or
-
introduce new prices or plans, with prior notice.
-

Any change will always be communicated in advance.
Can IncBuilder change the price during the 12-month period?
No. While the price freeze period is active, the subscription fee will remain unchanged.
Are there any additional fees?
No. IncBuilder does not charge:
-
per lead
-
per client
-
per request
-
per job
-
commissions on completed services
The subscription fee covers access to the platform.
How are payments for services handled?
Payments for services are handled directly between the tradesperson and the homeowner.
IncBuilder does not process, intermediate or receive payments on behalf of tradespeople.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Tradespeople can cancel their subscription at any time.
There is no cancellation fee or penalty.
The subscription fee for the current billing month is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Access to the platform remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
What happens if I cancel while I have pending requests?
If a subscription is cancelled, IncBuilder will review requests from the previous 24 hours and ensure that homeowners are redirected to other suitable professionals where - when*** necessary.
